Rules

Public rules, self-evolving SI, verifiable on-chain.

emoji.fun is a fully autonomous, SI-run emoji meme ecosystem on BNB Chain. Every character has a BNB-paired namesake meme on flap.sh; the 3% buy / 3% sell tax arrives as BNB, 100% in the character's own wallet. How that money is used is decided by the SI engine under the public rules on this page — and the rules are self-evolving: SI iterates the split and strategy based on real on-chain performance, every change is published, and only the hard risk limits never change.

How it works

Four steps from an emoji to a self-running meme

01 · 0.02 BNB

Summon

Pick an emoji nobody has launched yet (one launch per emoji); name and ticker are auto-generated. After you pay 0.02 BNB, SI launches a BNB-paired tax token on flap.sh and the character gets its own wallet.

02 · 3% / 3%

Trading tax (BNB)

3% buy / 3% sell tax on every trade — paid in BNB into the character's own wallet; 10% of it goes to the summoner forever.

03 · 10 MIN

SI decides

The SI engine wakes every 10 minutes: once new tax reaches $20 it tops up the $3 gas floor, then applies the current split (25/10/38/15/10/2).

04 · ON-CHAIN

Buyback · Burn · Treasury

Current split: 25% burns itself, 10% summoner lifetime dividend, 38% buys & burns $EMOJI, 15% BNB to treasury, 10% burns another meme, 2% SI trading experiment (SI iterates the split from on-chain performance; the summoner's 10% is fixed).

The platform token is $EMOJI (contract address TBA). We promise no returns or price — only public rules, transparent execution and every step verifiable on-chain.

Tax split · current split

The SI engine only handles new tax — it never touches funds already in the wallet. Nothing happens until undistributed tax reaches $20; smaller amounts carry over so gas doesn't eat the tax.

Step 1 · $3 BNB gas floor

Tax already arrives as BNB. Before splitting, the engine checks the wallet's free BNB: if it is below "$3 + this run's gas", exactly the shortfall is kept from this round's tax; if there's enough, nothing is kept. Gas never takes more than half the round.

Step 2 · the rest follows the current split

Current split · The split isn't fixed: the SI engine updates and iterates it autonomously based on real on-chain performance, and every change is published on-site and on-chain. The summoner's 10% dividend is a fixed promise and is never adjusted. See the direction →

Example: $100 of new tax

The wallet has only $0.40 of free BNB and this run's gas is about $0.20 → $2.80 of BNB is kept (up to $3 + this run's gas), and the remaining $97.20 splits into:

Gas floor (stays in the wallet)$2.80
25% · Buy back & burn its own meme$24.30
10% · Summoner lifetime dividend$9.72
38% · Buy $EMOJI with BNB and burn it$36.94
15% · BNB to the treasury$14.58
10% · Buy back & burn another platform meme$9.72
2% · SI trading experiment$1.94
Total$100.00

If a round only brings $15: below $20, nothing is split and no transaction is sent; it carries over.

  • 25% own buyback & burn: bought directly with BNB (flap bonding curve before graduation, PancakeSwap after), sent to the dead address.
  • 10% summoner lifetime dividend: BNB sent straight to the wallet that summoned this character (the address that paid the 0.02 BNB launch fee — that payment tx is the on-chain proof), in the same batch as every distribution. It is a fixed promise and never adjusted by SI; if the summoner address is invalid, this part stays earmarked in the character wallet and is never used for anything else.
  • 38% buy & burn $EMOJI: until the $EMOJI address is published this only accrues in the ledger, unspent; afterwards the accrued amount is bought and sent to the dead address.
  • 15% BNB to treasury: sent to the treasury address 0x91D4…ED65.
  • 10% other-meme buyback & burn: a volume-weighted random draw; quieter memes keep a base chance; never itself; each meme can receive at most $50 per day — once full it is skipped and the share carries over.
  • 2% SI trading experiment: accrues but stays idle in Phase 1; small, public trading starts only once the fund reaches a threshold — see "Direction" and "SI trading experiment" below.

Direction: from buybacks & burns to SI trading

Build the ecosystem first, then let SI earn a bigger share with a public track record. The split evolves with each phase; the hard risk limits never change.

  1. You are here
    Phase 1 · now

    Build the ecosystem

Heavy buybacks & burns of character memes and $EMOJI to build the ecosystem. The SI trading fund accrues at the current split but stays idle.

  2. Phase 2

    SI starts small

Once the fund reaches a threshold, SI starts trading quality, high-potential meme coins across BNB Chain (flap.sh, four.meme and more) — small size, every trade public.

  3. Phase 3

    Evolve on the record

As SI's track record proves itself, the split gradually shifts from burns toward the SI fund, up to 50%; if performance worsens, it shifts back.

Hard risk limits evolution can never changePer-trade cap, daily loss limit and drawdown pause are locked in the engine; no split change can loosen them.
Profits flow back in BNBTrading profits in BNB flow back to buybacks & burns, the treasury and the ecosystem.

Exact thresholds are pending backtests — thresholds will be published. This describes direction only and is no promise of returns or price.

SI decisions & gas-saving rules

  • Tranches & timing: aggressive characters tend to buy in one go, patient ones split into tranches and wait for pullbacks — but accrued amounts are never delayed indefinitely.
  • The split evolves, the risk limits don't: the current split (25/10/38/15/10/2) is updated and iterated autonomously by the SI engine based on real on-chain performance, and every change is published on-site and on-chain; the $20 threshold, the $3 gas floor, daily caps, slippage limits and the hard risk limits — per-trade cap, daily loss limit, drawdown pause — are identical for every character and can never be changed by evolution.
  • Gas shortfall: if the wallet can't cover this run's gas, every trade is skipped and the amounts carry over.
  • Dormancy: a character whose new tax stays under $1/day for 14 days goes dormant — no transactions, no gas; it wakes automatically once new tax resumes (≥ $1 accrued). Both are published.
  • Gas saving: tax is already BNB so no conversion swaps are needed; approvals are merged per contract and steps run as a batch.

SI trading experiment (currently 2%)

At the current split, 2% of each distributable round goes into the character's "SI trading fund". In Phase 1 it only accrues and stays idle — no trades.

  • Phase 2: once the fund reaches a threshold, SI starts trading quality, high-potential meme coins across BNB Chain (flap.sh, four.meme and more) — small size, every buy and sell published on the character's timeline with its tx hash.
  • Phase 3: as the track record proves itself, the split gradually shifts from burns toward the SI fund, up to 50%; if performance worsens, it shifts back.
  • Hard risk limits: per-trade cap, daily loss limit and drawdown pause can never be changed by evolution.
  • Profits flow back: trading profits in BNB flow back to buybacks & burns, the treasury and the ecosystem.

Exact thresholds and risk parameters will be published after backtesting. It's an experiment and can lose money; it implies no promise of returns or price.

Treasury

Treasury address: 0x91D4eEEe0550309718E19f4C6c3B58eC965eED65

The treasury receives 15% in BNB. The engine never spends treasury funds in normal operation, and the treasury key is not on the server.

Summon fees are received by the launch wallet; once a day it automatically sends everything above a 0.1 BNB gas reserve to the treasury. Every sweep is listed on the dashboard and verifiable on BscScan.

The only exception: a price circuit breaker (off by default)

The treasury may buy $EMOJI only when all of these hold:

  • a separate switch is explicitly enabled and a treasury hot key is configured;
  • $EMOJI trades more than 15% below its 7-day average;
  • at most 0.3% of the treasury per run, and at most 30% in any rolling 30 days.

This mechanism is designed and tested only; it is not enabled.

Transparency & safety

  • Every buyback, burn, transfer and SI decision is written to the character's timeline with its tx hash, verifiable on BscScan.
  • Every buy has a slippage limit from a live quote — never at any price; every burn is verified against the dead-address balance.
  • Spending is capped per round and per day; only one engine instance runs at a time; everything can be paused instantly in an emergency.

Summon a new character

  1. Open the Summon page.
  2. Pick an emoji: choose an available plush character under "Quick summon", or type any emoji nobody has launched yet under "Custom emoji" — the system first generates its plush image and animation.
  3. Each emoji can be launched only once on the whole platform. Emojis that are taken or being launched can't be picked.
  4. Auto-generated, not editable: the name (emoji + Chinese name), English ticker and description are generated from the emoji; tickers are unique across the platform.
  5. Review & pay: check the flap.sh preview card, then pay 0.02 BNB (payment opens soon).
  6. SI takes over: SI creates the character's own wallet and launches a BNB-paired tax token on flap.sh — 3% buy / 3% sell, with the tax arriving in BNB in the character wallet and then split by the current ratios.
  7. You are the summoner: you earn 10% of this meme's tax forever (in BNB, sent to the paying wallet automatically), the character page shows "Summoned by 0x…" forever, and you get a summoner badge. See "Summoner dividend & badge" below.
  8. The new character appears on the Characters page and runs under the same public, self-evolving rules as every other character.

Summoner dividend & badge

The summoner is the wallet that paid the 0.02 BNB launch fee. That payment tx is the on-chain proof the site records forever.

  • Lifetime dividend 10%: 10% of this meme's distributable tax is sent to the summoner in BNB, in the same batch as the other shares (same $20 threshold and $3 gas floor). Every payout is listed on the character page and dashboard and verifiable on BscScan.
  • A fixed promise: SI iterates the other ratios, but the summoner's 10% is never adjusted or lowered.
  • Summoner badge: levels up automatically with how many characters you summoned and how they do (an on-site badge — not an NFT, no airdrop):
💎 Diamond≥ 3 graduated characters, or ≥ 10 BNB dividends earned
🥇 Gold≥ 1 graduated character (on PancakeSwap), or ≥ 1 BNB dividends earned
🥈 Silver≥ 3 characters summoned, or ≥ 0.1 BNB dividends earned
🥉 Bronze1 character summoned
